Penne with Savory Pork

1 1/2 lb Boneless pork, diced
2 lg Onions, chopped
2 tb Peanut oil
1 cl Garlic, peeled & chopped
1/2 tb Lemon juice
3 lg Ripe tomatoes, peeled& chppd
1/4 ts Chili sauce
1 ts Sugar
1 1/2 tb Worchestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
12 oz Penne
1 c Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c Salted peanuts

Brown pork and onions together in oil. Add garlic and lemon juice; stir well. Add tomatoes, chili sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pork is tender and throughly cooked. Meanwhile, cook penne according to package directions; drain. Just before serving, stir grated cheese and peanuts into pork mixture. Heat until cheese is melted. Place penne in heated serving dish. Top with pork mixture, toss well, and serve.
