Pork Adobo

5 lb Lean pork
1/2 c Flour
Salt to taste
2 tb Oil
6 cl Garlic minced
4 md Onions chopped
4 Bay leaves
8 tb Cider vinegar
4 tb Soy sauce
1/2 c Water (see note)

Cut fat off pork and cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix flour and salt together and coat pork cubes. Heat oil in skillet and brown pork. Add garlic and cook one minute then add onions and bay leaves and cook untill onions begin to brown. Transfer to the slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. (the longer cooking time taste better) Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Serve with rice.
