Stuffed Pork Chops

8 pork chops
3 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup diced celery sauteed lightly
1 cup chopped Oysters
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Oysters liquor
1/4 cup diced onions
1 cup Crab Meat
2 eggs


Combine all dry ingredients with Crab Meat, Oysters and eggs. Mix as you would any bread stuffing. Place about 1 cup of stuffing between two pork chops and bake on a greased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Serve with brown sauce.
