Savory Pork Chops

1/2 lb Pork Loin Chops
1 tb Garlic, Minced
1 ts Cumin, ground
1 ts Salt substitute
1/2 ts Coriander
1/4 ts Red Pepper
1/4 ts Black Pepper
2 Potatoes, baked
1 c Applesauce, unsweetened
1 c Braised Red Cabbage

Freeze chops for 20 minutes. Trim off all visible fat. In a cup, combine the seasons; spread the mix equally on both sides of chops. Cover with plastic wrap; refridgerate for 2-8 hours. Place the chops on a broiler rack and broil 4 inches from heat, until the chops are browned and crusty; 8-12 minutes per side. Serve with baked potatoes, applesauce and cabbage.
