Pork with Orange-mustard Sauce

6 pork chop cutlets -- sliced or cubed (or 2 to 2 1/2 lbs pork loin roast)
1/2 cup sliced green onions - (to 1 cup)
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste

In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place pork in crockpot and sprinkle with the green onions. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
