Pork Chops and Fried Rice

6 pork chops, diced
small bunch green onions
1/2 lb. Shrimp, cleaned
2 cups raw rice
3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, diced
2 eggs, well beaten
Soy sauce


Fry pork, mushrooms and garlic. Add green onions, raw rice and simmer for 5 minutes or so. Add 4 cups water and let rice cook until soft. Cook slowly in covered pan. Carefully fold in Shrimp and add a few shakes soy sauce. Mix eggs into this and let eggs set.
