Ham Roll-ups

1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Crab Meat
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
12 slices thinly cooked ham


Mix all ingredients together (except ham) until well blended and as smooth as possible. Divide mixture evenly and spread onto ham slices, roll up and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Cut into 1-inch slices and serve as a party snack.
