Ham Quiche

3 Eggs
1 c Half and half
1/4 t Ground nutmeg
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
Few grains cayenne pepper
1/2 lb Cooked ham, cut into thin strips
2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
1 Baked 9-inch pastry shell (in a heat-resistant, non-metallic pie pan)

In a medium-sized bowl beat eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper until well mixed. Stir in ham and cheese. Pour mixture into baked pastry shell. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes. Move cooked edges toward center and heat an additional 12 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand at room temperature 3 to 4 minutes to finish cooking.
