Ham and Egg Cups

2 sl Ham slices
2 Eggs
1 tb Salsa
1 tb Cheddar cheese; shredded


Carefully fit a ham slice into each of two 5) ounce glass custard cups, tucking in the ham slices, as necessary. Break an egg into center of each dish. Set dish in a larger cereal bowl, add 1/2-inch water to outer dish. Cover each dish with plastic wrap. Microwave on medium (50%) 4 to 5 minutes or until egg is just about desired doneness, rearranging dishes once. Top with picante sauce or salsa and cheese. Cover and let stand 1 minute or until cheese is melted and egg is desired doneness. For 1 serving, cut ingredients in half and reduce cooking time to 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Serves 2.
