German Pork Cake

1 lb Fat pork
1 c Coffee
2 c Brown sugar
1 Box of raisins
1 1/2 c Nuts
3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg


Mix well. Grease and flour tube cake pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Baking time is 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Moisten white cloth with wine and put it over the cake for 1 or 2 weeks before you plan to serve it. Dampen cloth with wine when it gets dry.
