Busy Day Barbecued Ribs
4 Pounds of country-style pork ribs
1 Can of condensed tomato soup -- undiluted
1/2 Cup of packed brown sugar
1/3 Cup of cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Teaspoon of celery seed
1 Teaspoon of chili powder
Place ribs in a slow cooker. Combine remaining
ingredients; pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to
low and cook 4 to 5 hours longer. Thicken sauce
for gravy if desired.
Yield 6-8 servings.
