Egg Casserole

10 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 cups milk
2 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted when using ham)
2 cups shredded sharp cheese (8 oz.)
1 lb. ham or Shrimp

Cube bread. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in bread, cheese, ham/Shrimp. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour. Can be made ahead. Do not bake until next day. Nice for brunch or make ahead breakfast.
