Jambalaya

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 lbs. Shrimp, peeled
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
3/4 lb. cooked ham, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 cups Minute rice
Garlic powder
Creole seasoning
red pepper


Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Combine onion mixture and remaining ingredients, season to taste with garlic powder, creole seasoning and red pepper. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch, cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
