Jambalaya

1 can French onion soup with 1 can water
1 can beef broth
1 can (small) tomato sauce
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups plain rice
2-5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1 tsp. hot seasoning
1 lb. chicken breast, chopped
1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped (hot sausage)
1 lb. ham, chopped
2 lbs. Shrimp
Pepper and thyme to taste


Melt butter - cook green onions, peppers, celery, and garlic until tender. Add chicken, ham and sausage. Cook for about 10 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large baking dish and stir well. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 F.
