Ham and Apple Pancakes

1 cn (21-oz) apple pie filling
2 c Bisquick original baking mix
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
3/4 c Diced fully cooked smoked ham (about 4 ounces)
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tb Sliced green onions; if desired


HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onions.

POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.

COOK until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with warm pie filling. About 15 pancakes.
