Pork Chop Potato Bake

6 Pork chops trimmed of fat
1/2 ts Salt
1 cn Cream of celery soup
1/2 c Milk
1/2 Sup sour cream
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cn French fried onions
1 pk (24 oz) frozen hash browns (thawed)


Salt chops and brown on each side. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/2 cup crumbled french fried onions. Spoon into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Arrange chops over potatoes and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
