Yugoslavian Pljeskavica

1 lb Ground meat- lamb, pork, veal, beef or mixed
3 tb Finely chopped onion or scallions
1 tb Minced parsley
1 tb Paprika
1 Clove minced garlic
Salt to taste
Generous amount of black

Mix all together thoroughly and let sit for an hour or two. Form into 3 patties and grill over wood coals or charcoal until they are no longer pink in the middle. They are often served with chopped onions.
