Ham and Cheese Biscuits

Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 c Cooked ham; low-sodium, 96% fat-free, about 1/2 pound, chopped
2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Cheddar cheese; extra-sharp, about 4 ounces, shredded
2 ts Baking powder
1 ds Cayenne pepper; ground
1 c Lowfat 1% milk

Coat a medium-size nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add ham; saute 3 minutes. Combine ham, flour, and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for 22 minutes.
