Pork Barbecue and Noodles

1 tb Corn oil
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
1/4 c Finely chopped green pepper
2 lb (2 cups) Boneless Pork Butt, Cooked, shredded
2 c Beef or chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c Catsup
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Cider vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Pepper
6 oz Wide egg noodles, cooked, Drained


In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Stir in next 10 ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes or until thickened. Toss with noodles.
