1 1/2 lb Boneless pork shoulder
2 tb Brown sugar; packed
1 tb Tequilla
1 tb Molasses
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
2 cl Garlic; finely chopped
1/3 c Water
1 Green onion with top; sliced
Cut pork into 1-inch cubes. Place cubes in single layer in a 1-inch
op with remaining ingredients, except for green onion.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally until water has evaporated and
the pork is slightly caramelized, about 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onion and serve with wooden picks.
