Skewered Pork

500 g Pork fillet; (1lb)
2 tb Clear honey
3 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Olive oil
1 tb Light soft brown sugar
4 Kiwifruit; peeled and cut into 3
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cut the pork fillet into 2 1/2cm (1 inch) cubes.

Mix together the honey, soy sauce, oil, sugar and seasoning. Add the pork, mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Thread the pork and kiwifruit onto 4 skewers and place under a preheated moderate grill for 6-8 minutes, turning and basting occasionally until cooked and golden. Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
