Corn Noodles

1 lb. fresh noodles or 3-4 package dried noodles
2 heads bok choy or 1 very small head cabbage
1/2 lb. pea pods
2 onions, chopped
Garlic to taste (fresh or powdered)
4-5 scallions
2 pork chops
1/2 lb. chicken (1 good breast)
1/2 lb. ham
1 can Shrimp

Boil water and cook noodles for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with warm water; set aside. Fry the onions and garlic in bacon fat or oil (as much as needed). When done put in the cut up meat and stir fry until done. Put in cabbage or bok choy for a few minutes, then put in noodles. Last add scallions and peapods. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Garnish with sliced omelets and sliced ham!
