Chinese Hot Pot

Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, Shrimp, etc.
Vegetables: Cabbage, Chinese cabbage, tofu, snow peas, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, green onions, etc.
Eggs: 1 per person
Barbecue sauce, or other sauces

Fry ginger and garlic in sesame oil. Add chicken broth, salt, etc. to taste. Fill pans on table as needed. Noodles - bean threads (Saifun).
