Chinese Egg Rolls
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
2 large carrots, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. bean sprouts
Egg roll skins
2 lbs. pork, beef, chicken or Shrimp, cut fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Brown finely chopped meat, add all other ingredients. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes. Wrap portions of mixture into egg roll. Fry or deep fry until skins are golden brown.
