Fruit Smoked Pork Chops

4 Pork chops, smoked
1/2 ts Sage, ground
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Raisins, seedless
1 sm Apple, tart; cored & sliced
1 tb Flour, all-purpose
1/4 c Fruit juice; or water
1 1/2 ts Vinegar, cider
2 tb Sugar, brown; firmly packed

Grill chops over hot coals 10 minutes. Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper. Top with raisins and apple; set aside.

Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over chops. Seal securely. Return to grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
