Fillipino Fried Rice

2 c Rice; steamed
1/2 lb Bacon; fried crisp
1 sm Green bell pepper; diced
1 Medium onion; diced
1 Small cabbage; shredded
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
3 Carrots; slivered
Leftover pork or beef roast; diced in bite size chunks
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 c Frozen green peas; thawed


In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, leaving 1 to 2 T. of bacon grease. Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired texture. Add meat and crumbled bacon. Mix well. Add steamed rice. Thoroughly mix; add soy sauce and peas and mix.
