Ham and Sweets

Ham; sliced 1-inch thick
4 md Sweet potatoes; halved
1/2 c Pineapple juice
1/2 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Brown sugar
4 sl Pineapple
1/2 c Ginger ale
Flour or cornstarch


Brown ham slice on both side in cooker. Place potato halves on top of ham, pour in pineapple juice, sprinkle with spices and sugar. Pressure cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of ham slice. Reduce pressure immediately. Add ginger ale to gray and thicken with a little cornstarch or flour blended with cold water. Serves 4.
