Ham Croissant Sandwich 6 lb Ham; sliced
48 Croissant; split, warm
1 1/2 lb Onions; quartered, sliced and sauteed
1 1/2 lb Mushrooms;sliced and sauteed
12 oz Green pepper; chopped and sauteed
1 cn Chef-Mate Swiss Cheese Sauce heated
Paprika; to garnish
Chef-Mate can is #10 size.
Place 2 ounces ham on bottom half of croissant. Layer 1/2 ounce
onions, 1/2 ounce mushrooms and 1/4 ounce green peppers over ham.
Ladle 2 ounces Swiss cheese sauce over sandwich. Garnish with
paprika. top with other half of croissant and serve.
