Apple/Wine Pork Chops
4 ea Pork chops
1 c Apple juice
1 tb Raisins
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Red wine
Brown pork chops in frying pan. Drain off fat. Add apple juice to pork
chops. evenly distribute brown sugar & raisins on top of each pork chop.
Bring to boil & then simmer covered for 25 to 30 minutes ( do not turn pork
chops ). Add red wine & simmer covered 10 to 15 minutes or until all liquid
is dissolved ( gone from pan ).
