Cheesy Ham Quiche

9 inch pie plate
Pie crust
1 cup diced ham (canned like Tuna)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
Pepper


Bake pie shell at 400 F for 3 minutes. Remove and prick with fork. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool. Place ham in pastry shell and top with cheese. Beat eggs and stir in half and half and pepper. Pour over cheese and ham. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until firm. You can substitute Tuna, or canned chicken for the ham. Very easy and good.
