3 lb Boneless lean pork; cut in 2" by 6" strips
1/4 c Hoisin sauce; or plum sauce
1/4 c Soy sauce
3 tb White wine
2 tb Catsup
1 tb Minced garlic
1 tb Grated orange zest
1 tb Sesame paste
1 ts Minced ginger
1 ts Sesame oil
1/2 ts 5 spice powder
4 dr Red food coloring
Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
Remove pork to a rack in a roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15
minutes. Turn over and baste with remainder of marinade. Bake another
20 minutes or until pork is done
