Ham Loaf with Horseradish Glaze

---Ham Loaf---
1 1/2 lb Ground ham
1 1/2 lb Ground pork
1/2 lb Ground beef
1 1/2 c Oats
4 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 ts Pepper
2 c Tomato juice
Horseradish Glaze:
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
2 ts Dry mustard
8 tb Horseradish


Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture. Continue baking 30 minutes more.
