Pork Sausage Noodle Casserole
1 lb Pork sausage
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped celery
1/2 lb Egg noodles
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup; (10 oz.)
2/3 c Milk
6 sl American cheese
Most sausage has enough pepper and salt; no more is needed. Fry
sausage; break into small pieces. As sausage browns, add onion and
celery. Cook until tender. Cook egg noodles as directed on package.
Mix soup with milk and add to sausage. In casserole layer half of the
noodles, half of sausage mixture and half cheese, broken in pieces.
Repeat layers. Cover and bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes.
