Steamed Tofu with Pork

6 Cakes bean curd
1/4 lb Ground pork
1 tb Chopped scallion
2 sl Ginger; chopped
2 ts Sherry (or rice wine)
1/2 ts Sugar
2 tb Light soy sauce
1 ts Sesame oil
1/2 ts Salt

Cover the bean curd with boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove water. Arrange bean curd in a large bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Spread over the tofu. Place bowl in a steamer. cover and steam over boiling waters for 20 minutes.
