Ham Fried Rice

4 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Shrimp, broken in pieces
1/2 cup ham, chopped

Heat cooking oil. Add eggs. Stir-fry until eggs are scrambled into small pieces. Remove eggs from pan. Stir fry Shrimp and ham. Remove from pan. Heat in same pan:

4 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 cups cooked rice.

Heat oil and add cooked rice. Turn heat low, cook until rice is thoroughly heated (about 10 minutes). Add rest of ingredients; (eggs and meat). Add 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped, salt to taste, 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Heat and serve. You may want to add more Shrimp and ham, according to your taste.
