Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

6 (up to) 8 Pork chops
2 tb Oil
1 tb Cornstarch
3 tb Vinegar
2 c Fruit cocktail
3 tb Brown sugar
1 (up to) 2 tb Minced onion
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Dried dill

In skillet, brown chops in oil. Remove. Combine cornstarch and vinegar and add to oil, stirring until thick. Add water if necessary. Add cocktail, sugar, onion, salt and dill. Add chops. Simmer 1 hour.
