Indonesian Pork Skewers

1 1/2 lb Boneless Pork, in pieces
16 oz Spiced Crab Apples, drained

Sauce:
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Prepared Mustard
1/4 c Light Molasses
2 tb Ginger Preserves
1/4 ts Ground Ginger


Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Alternately thread pork and apples on 6-8 skewers. Brush with sauce.

Place kabobs on unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat 12-15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, turning kabobs and brushing with sauce after 6 minutes.
