Asian Barbecued Pork

3 bn Scallions
2 Pork tenderloins (about 3/4 lb each)
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tb Hoisin sauce
4 ts Soy sauce
2 ts Honey
2 ts Dry sherry
2 ts Minced gingerroot

Heat grill or broiler. In food storage bag, combine all ingredients. Seal and shake to coat. Place pork and scallions on grill or on rack set in broiler pan. Cook 10 minutes, turning once and basting with remaining marinade, until thermometer inserted in pork registers 155 degrees F. Serve with rice and stir fried veggies. Work time: 5 minutes
