Ham and Eggs Jambalaya

2 c Boiled rice
4 Eggs
1 sl Ham, cut up
1/2 Onion, cut up
1/2 Stick margarine


Melt margarine. Cook ham and onions in margarine until onions are wilted. Add cooked rice until hot. Add eggs, mix well and stir thoroughly. Salt and black pepper. (serves 4)
