Ham and Cheese Oven Omelet

4 Eggs
1/2 c Rich Milk
1/4 ts Seasoned Salt
1/2 c Ham; Chopped
1/2 c Cheese; Shredded
1 1/2 tb Onion; Finely Chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
