Ham and Cheese Log

4 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 4 1/2 oz. can deviled ham
1/2 c Chopped ripe olives
1/2 c Chopped pecans


In small mixing bowl, beat cheeses until blended. Beat in deviled
ham. Stir in olives and chill. Shape into 2 logs and roll in pecans.
Chill before serving. Serve with crackers of your choice. Makes 2
cups.
