Egg Casserole

1 1/2 lb Pork sausage (bulk)
9 Eggs
3 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Salt
4 Slices white bread, cubed In 1/4" squares
2 c Grated cheddar cheese


Brown sausage and crumble.Drain well. Mix eggs,milk,mustard,salt,cheese Pour over bread in greased 9 x 13 pan Cover - let sit overnight Uncover - bake @ 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
