Chuletas Espanolas

6 Pork chops
Salt and pepper To taste
Red chile sauce
1 ts Onion salt
1 ts Cumin
1 ts Oregano
2 cl Garlic, sliced


Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 - 2 hours or until very tender. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
