Glazed Ham

1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/3 c Prepared horseradish
1 Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly sliced and tied with string


Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan. Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
