Ham Fried Rice

4 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 lb. ham, diced (can use chicken or Shrimp)
1/2 cup mushrooms
4 green onions, diced
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
6 cups cold boiled rice
1 tsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. soy sauce


Heat oil, salt and pepper in a large heavy pan or wok. Scramble eggs firm and add meat or fish, onion, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Stir constantly until heated thoroughly, about 5 minutes. Add rice and stir 5 minutes. Add Accent and soy sauce and stir thoroughly, use high heat. Serve immediately when hot.
