Ham Loaf

1 lb Veal
1 lb Ground smoked ham
4 tb Catchup
2 tb Onion; minced
3 tb Green pepper; chopped
2 Eggs; beaten
1 c Dry bread crumbs
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
3 tb Fat or drippings
1/4 c Water

Mix ingredients together in order given, except water. Shape into loaf and brown in cooker in melted drippings. Cool cooker a few minutes before adding water to prevent evaporation. Add water to cooker and pressure cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 30 minutes. Reduce pressure quickly. Serves 4 to 6.
