Ham-filled Mushroom Caps

3 tb Cured ham, finely diced
2 ea Cl Garlic, minced
2 tb Parsley, minced
1/2 ea Dried red chili pepper, seed
1 x 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pep
2 ts Fruity olive oil
12 ea Medium mushroom caps, brushe


In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
