Texas Barbecue Pork Chops

4 Pork chop; 1-1/2" thick
1 c Onion; finely minced
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Peanut oil
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Paprika


Score egdes of chops to prevent curling. Place into a large baking pan, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well. Pour over chops to coat well. Cover and chill for 2-4 hours. Grill chops to desired doneness, basting often. Serve hot.
