Cotelettes De Porc (Pork Chops)

4 lg Pork chops,1"thick
1/8 c Olive oil
4 ts Butter
1 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Sage
1 ts Parsley
1/4 ts Crushed garlic or powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c White wine
1/2 c Chicken stock

Cover the pork chops with the herb mixture made from the Oregano,Sage,Parsley,Garlic,Salt and Pepper. Brown the chops in a bit of olive oil and butter on high heat.In another pan add the chops and the liquid made from the white wine and chicken stock.Cover and cook for 25 min on med. heat.
