Baked Ham Slice in Sauterne 2 lb Center cut ham slice
1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
3 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c -Water
1 tb Margarine
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c American sauterne; or other dry white wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Set aside.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and
margarine. Place over med-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5
mins. Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour the
